چکیده
Cardiomyopathies are a group of diseases characterized by the structural and functional abnormalities heart muscles in absence other illnesses that might be responsible for observed myocardial anomaly. Hypertrophic dilated cardiomyopathies most prevalent types. Rare types include restrictive cardiomyopathy with arrhythmia. Dilated has documented prevalence 36 cases per 100,000 population Europe North America, its yearly incidence varies between 5 7.9 population. Non-ischemic cardiomyopathy, which causes failure, dramatically increases global burden cardiovascular diseases. For both men women, acute is mainly brought on myocarditis. This case was present Aga Khan University Hospital; selected to reported. The diagnosis scenario non-ischemic associated failure pulmonary oedema.

متن کاملAcute Finger Paralysis: A Case Report of Cortical Ischemic Stroke
Somatotopic distribution of motor cortex and sensory fibers is theoretically fully understood. We present a case of stroke, mimicking peripheral palsy, with finger paralysis attributed to cortical lesion. The patient’s brain MRI may be useful to further understand the somatotopic representation of fingers in precentral and postcentral gyrus.
متن کاملCardiac Resynchronization Therapy in Non-Ischemic Cardiomyopathy.
Cardiac resynchronization therapy (CRT) is an established therapy for heart failure patients who remain symptomatic despite optimal medical therapy, have reduced left ventricular ejection fraction (<35%) and wide QRS duration (>120 ms), preferably with left bundle branch block morphology. The response to CRT depends on the cardiac substrate: presence of correctable left ventricular mechanical d...
متن کاملApical Hypertrophic Cardiomyopathy in a Case with Chest Pain and Family History of Sudden Cardiac Death: A Case Report
Hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (HCM) is the most common genetic cardiovascular disease, which is caused by a multitude of mutations in genes encoding proteins of the cardiac sarcomere (1). Apical hypertrophic cardiomyopathy (AHCM) is an uncommon type of HCM. The sudden cardiac death is less likely to occur in the patients inflicted with AHCM (2). Herein, we presented the case of a 29-year-old man ...
